Can?t recommend Croft Carpets enough for the service they have provided. The whole process from Simon coming to measure and having the carpets fitted was quick and seamless, always working around when and what worked best for me. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I had replacement hall,stairs and landing carpet fitted,complete with integral front door mat.All staff extremely helpful.Gareth suggested options regarding fitting.The carpet fitters worked very well together taking away all the left overs ,moving pieces of furniture I couldn?t move,and vacuumed too before leaving.A very good job done and pleasing result. I have used Crofts before and been very satisfied.

Overall really good experience with Croft. Show room was very well presented with lots of options for carpet and vinyl flooring. The team were very friendly, professional and accommodating taking the time to explain different types and grades of carpet as well as giving their honest opinion on each and helping us make an informed decision.Also very patient with us changing our mind on the vinyl design twice! They were also warm and welcoming to our young son who needed a bit of distraction at times, a bit of peepo goes a long way.Price was very good. After a couple of people initially gave us their concerns that Crofts were expensive, we found their price was actually very competitive, better than another local company , and the product seemed to be of a much higher quality as well which we were pleasantly surprised by.The fitting team were very hard working and got the majority of the work done in a day (full house fit). They had an issue with a bit of damaged carpet, but they were honest and transparent and agreed to come back with some replacement carpet later in the week when it suited us, which finished the works.Additionally from confirming the order to getting it fitted was less than 2 weeks which was a pleasant suprise as we were in a rush to get the flooring fitted before we moved into the house.It was mentioned in passing that the doors may require a joiner to take them up for the thickness of the new carpet / underlay but we didn't really think anything to it until we had to live for a week without doors in the house. Croft were able to arrange for a joiner to come and resolve this at an additional small expense to us. Perhaps this could have been quoted for on the original quote as a small improvement point, but I'm being critical of an overall very good experience.We have had lots of complements on the flooring, in particular the herron bone design Vinyl.We would definitely recommend Croft Carpets to anyone in the market for flooring.

Friendly and helpful in store. I came in and asked for a budget carpet for my daughter?s bedroom. I was impressed with the large range of carpets available within my price range. I was made to feel welcome even though my order was small.Carpet fitting was organised and booked within the week. A smooth and efficient service, I would definitely recommend and will be using Crofts again myself for my next flooring project.

Fourth time I have used Croft carpets. All of the team are superb and the product remains excellent and as good value as going to one of the national providers.Didn?t see Simon this time but Croft carpets still has the feel of a local business that really does care.
