Always very busy but friendly staff who do their best to get orders out quickly.
Parking: It's the Carlton centre, it's always busy but there is always space - if that makes sense - just drive around a bit and you'll find somewhere. Parent and child spaces too which are available for children up to age 12!

Just want to express my appreciation of all the staff at this branch - they couldnt have been more understanding, and gone out of their way to assist myself and my daughter when recently visiting the hospital in Lincoln and we were struggling to meet up due to her mobile running out of charge - many thanks

Very slow service, felt I was a nuisance just being there. Strange that at least half the store was cordoned off as it was clean ahead of the next days trading. The strange thing is it was only just after 4pm, the store closes at 6 ?

Ordered a salted caramel frappacino never asked if it was eat in or takeaway just assumedit was eat in, they did it in glass no ice wasn't impressed was the worst frappacino I've had.
