We were served by Becca, who didn't look like she cared about us for a second, she kept chatting with her mate while serving us. Not a smile or a thank you. Polite but that's it. Then staff was collecting cups and plates and making such a racket we couldn't hear each other talk! No the relaxing and enjoyable experience it is supposed to be! We won't bother you again!

Chaotic. Not enough staff and staff were inefficient. Queues out of the door and 2 staff members chatting about what to do with the receipts and amongst themselves. Waited over 15mins to get served. Cafe area very hot and stuffy. On a positive note the staff were friendly and pleasant, ginger cake exceptionally nice and out door seating a bonus.

The coffee and frappe are delicious. That's all the positives I can say. Every table is filthy, the toilet is unqualified.

I love my frappé's. We usually go to the one at teal park. This one on Tritton rd was right next to the shop. It was busy and the poor girl seemed to be running out if everything. Mt Order was a chocolate frappé and my friend had a Raspberry drink. When my Carer picked up the drinks the order was wrong. The assistance said no problem and got some else to do it because everyone coming in was buying food. I got my Chocolate frappé drank it and left.

Same as any other Costa in the UK. Same menu, same wait times for orders, nothing good or bad..... Just standard Costa.

Good clean place to relax with a coffee. Can be busy during weekends. It's a normal Costa, nothing different than any other Costa.

Dirty chairs, tables and floor, dry day and no reason for grubby surfaces. Possibly the worst costa I've visited, dreary music, no atmosphere, no comfy seats, filthy floor coveted in wrappers, crumbs and stained seats. Coffee was great as always.

Outstanding service when we visited a few weeks back, an extremely different experience from when we almost walked out once before. The young lady on the till (Claudia) was so happy and greated everyone with a warm smile. Although very busy the team appeared to be working well to ensure a smooth service. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again.

The store closes at 7pm so when we entered at around 6:30 to be told we have just cashed up and we?re locking up so what ever you want will be free I was shocked, as we was ordering several more people came in ( much to the annoyance of the staff). They then said they would have to reopen the till and just say that they cashed up by mistake early, extremely unprofessional, once we had sat down they served the other customers and after 10 minutes one gentleman went back up to purchase a packet of crips to be told just take them.At 6:50 a couple came in to be turned away and told we have cashed up now so won?t be serving you ,to add there were small flys on all the great cakes and biscuits.
