The store was rather busy but Becca who was serving did a great job at managing the busy environment and tried her best to deliver a high service to the customers.

We were served by Becca, who didn't look like she cared about us for a second, she kept chatting with her mate while serving us. Not a smile or a thank you. Polite but that's it. Chaotic. Not enough staff and staff were inefficient. Queues out of the door and 2 staff members chatting about what to do with the receipts and amongst themselves. Waited over 15mins to get served.
