Went to Costa Asda hykeham lincoln.for first time. Coffee was really good.differant to any other Costa ( and I have Costa every day) it was served in a cup and not a glass.Jordan made the coffee and Sarah served us. It was lovely they were very friendly.will be back thank you .please pass this on the the manager

The store was a mess. Service was less than satisfactory. An older woman, I think the owner? Addressed her lady colleague horrendously. Avoid.

Not only was only one person working. Who initially was polite. We stood and waited and then they served someone else who came in after us. Forget it I?ll got to starbucks instead then and forget ya costa rewards app. Place was also rather unclean obvs from the one person working there.

Chocolate twist always sold out
Asked for a small hot chocolate Instead but got a medium
On a positive I got a free cake due to my birthday last week

Be warned, this Costa can get extremely busy and the queue can sometimes reach the doors. When I was served there was only three staff on but they work ever so hard. I had a nutcracker caramel cake and gingerbread and cream latte. Both very nice. Often you can?t get a table due to it being really busy. I?d come again but it?s hard when to judge quieter times.

Absolutely awful. Waited 15 minutes for one latte. Ended up leaving before they even made it. They have 6+ staff chatting doing absolutely nothing, for their friends to come in, skip the queue, and they proceeded to make their drinks! Absolute joke, where is the manager in this place...

It's a coffee house, the staff are always helpful. Wheelchairs and coffee don't mix well
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp through the front door. It's quite tricky as the door is halfway up the ramp, but it is doable with practice, and you are self propelling.
