Management here are dreadful and let down hard working staff. The managements indifference means alarms are constantly screaming and not turned off, the staircase is squeaking painfully loudly, and for years the management also haven?t bothered to fix the device for properly giving customers their due for loyalty points. The management here would get five stars only in their commitment for chasing customers away by making it as uncomfortable as possible due to sheer laziness and indifference. Which is unfair on the staff. The older male member of staff in particular is assiduous and hardworking in what must be needlessly challenging circumstances for him.

We came to Lincoln for an open day so had quite a long drive up. We got out the car to go to the university and stopped off at Costa on the way. Because of the wait we are now going to be late. Alicia, the woman serving us was lovely and it wasn?t her fault as she was going as fast as she could. The shop definitely needed more people working as two wasn?t enough and we were waiting for 15 minutes at the front of the queue just to be served. We probably wouldn?t have minded if we wasn?t in a rush but if you are don?t come here.

Great if quiet but might want to give it a miss if busy. They do not accept Costa gift cards. Other than that, fine, standard Costa coffee, would rank alongside those found in motorway service stations although the view is better.
