We came to Lincoln for an open day so had quite a long drive up. We got out the car to go to the university and stopped off at Costa on the way. Because of the wait we are now going to be late. Alicia, the woman serving us was lovely and it wasn?t her fault as she was going as fast as she could. The shop definitely needed more people working as two wasn?t enough and we were waiting for 15 minutes at the front of the queue just to be served. We probably wouldn?t have minded if we wasn?t in a rush but if you are don?t come here.

Great if quiet but might want to give it a miss if busy. They do not accept Costa gift cards. Other than that, fine, standard Costa coffee, would rank alongside those found in motorway service stations although the view is better.

It states on the web that it opens at 8.30am yet when I arrived to watch a film that started at 9.30am I got told it won?t open til 10am what is the point in having a film start when you can?t even grab a coffee to take in with you

It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, when they only had 4 people to serve 2 out of 4 of them was myself and husband. They then got my drink wrong and had to look through the handbook to see what I had ordered (which was on the menu) and they got that completely wrong but at this point we were about to miss our movie so I just took it and left

Every time i"m here, we use this as our last stop before the car park and the 2 hour drive. You can relax here, look over the river and enjoy the coffee!

Constant alarms going off ruin the view, my friend and I had to leave after about half an hour of it when they seemed very laid back about it. Apparently it's like that constantly, not surprised it's empty

If you are GLUTEN FREE don?t bother going to Costa anymore ! Went in and was told that the normal gf range has been replaced with the festive sandwich?s that AREN?T gluten free. This seems really unfair and was very disappointing for my family who were looking forward to a family lunch.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free sandwiches ! Barely anything on the menu now available to someone with an allergy

Decent costa inside the odeon, good service and friendly staff. Only complaint would be the small amount of available seating but this is limited by the size of the establishment. Worth sitting down for lunch here.Vegetarian options: Good range of vegetarian and vegan drink options. Vegetarian and vegan food is available but not stocked as well as it could be. It is however, stocked better than some other costas, so you'll probably be able to eat something.Parking: Multistorey parking garage nearby, hard to find if not localWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
