I visited the Cooplands at Nettleham Road Shopping Centre around 16:30, even though both the website and Google list the closing time as 17:00. I was behind someone collecting a TooGoodToGo package, and when I politely said I just needed a couple of items, the staff member abruptly cut me off, shut and locked the door, and told me ?we?re closed.?
This felt very unfriendly and unprofessional, especially as it was well before the advertised closing time. I ended up going to the Carlton Centre branch instead, where the staff were lovely, apologetic (even though it wasn?t their fault), and surprised that the other store had closed early.
Really disappointed with the service at Nettleham Road, which is a shame as I usually shop there before work.

Advertising as open online till 5pm turned up at 4.30pm and was turned away saying they are closing this is the third time I've turned up after 4.30pm on a weekday and it's not been open please adjust your opening times online

This place is terrible went there around 10.30 am terrible staff, terrible customer service, made me buy 4 sausage rolls same price as 2 terrible pastry and where is the sausage in the middle waste of money. Awful. Feel like I spent six quid on nothing. "Tuna crunch" is basically an onion sandwich with wilted lettuce that got fed to the dog. Wont be coming back, and I would advise to not waste your money. Asda is next door, you'd get a better sandwich out of their fridge.
