“A group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Plant Pot.. The room beautifully decorated, the table attractively set out, excellent food beautifully cooked and presented, in a warm and friendly atmosphere and served by very attentive staff. Every detail thought of and anticipated. A very warm thanks to all. We shall look forward to coming again.”

“This shop is open every day until 10pm, serving the village. They even opened on Christmas Day morning. True definition of convenience. Very well stocked, and the butcher inside is exceptional - very reasonably priced too!”

“Fantastic service always. Clean, tidy and always fully stocked. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Big shout out to Emily, but Gemma is clearly the backbone of the store, absolute hero. ?”

“Love the takeaway coffee machine that has provided very useful during the Covid restrictions. Handily placed right next to the hot food, various sausage rolls, bacon and cheese plus ham and cheese pastries and choice of paninis. Top marks to the staff who are always very friendly.”

“Small but perfectly formed. Situated at the entrance road to the Co-Op shop in the old furniture and coffin maker workshop. It is all on the ground floor although the servicing area is quite small, no more than 5 customers at any one-time. Due to this there are limited pick-your own items, so it would be best described the pharmacy as a prescription/ non-prescription dispensary.Lack of staff and only one pharmacist can make service slow, but they are very friendly and helpful. Looks to be one consulting room.Access for the mobility impaired is very good and adequate for those confined to a wheelchair without able body help. Large electric wheelchairs (Inc small scooters) would find entrance very difficult.Disabled parking (2 slots) is in the main shop car park and can be a nightmare. It's too small and badly laid out”

“Ok.. bizarre odour as you walk inside.ESP down the first aisle can't figure out what it is but it's NOT very nice,it is quick & easy to nip in & out though”

“One Stop is part of the Tesco Group, although you can't use your Tesco card within these stores.

Quite small, with only the basics, think corner store. The layout is a bit odd but it's in an old building, but it's about to be refitted.

Staff are friendly, receptive and very helpful.

Access for the disabled is adequate. However if confined to a manual wheelchair the ramp may require assistance.”

“A nice small supermarket with vegetables, fruits, breads and so on for people to grab quick needs before heading home from work! It also has a nice post office to go for sending your parcels, letters and packages! Highly recommendable for people who don’t have time and/or can’t go to the big stores and town centre!”
