I?ve given up using this pharmacy. They seem so disorganised and take ages to get a prescription ready.I appreciate they are busy but if a prescription is sent to them from my doctor at midday on Thursday it shouldn?t take till the following Tuesday to be ready.There are always huge queues. I?ve also waited 30 minutes before in a queue to be told they didn?t have the prescription drugs in stock. Again, not entirely their fault, but frustrating. There are always at least 5-7 people in this place working, so they never look understaffed, but that might be the case.I took my prescription today to Skellingthorpe Co-op pharmacy who prepared it for me within 2 minutes. They also seemed very confused about why the Birchwood Co-op pharmacy needed 5 days to prepare it. Please look into this Co-op. Maybe this place could be run better!?

Never normally have a problem here but today's visit was just awful! First they tell me someone has collected on my behalf and signed for it(I don't have anyone to do that) and then asked me all my details including what medication I was on in front of all the staff and patients..... is there no such thing as privacy?! I then said I wanted to report this as clearly someone was impersonating me and they had breached my information as well as giving my medication to someone else before the pharmacist comes over to try and figure out whats happened. In the meantime a 4th pair of eyes finds my medication still on the shelf and he cannot explain why its already been signed for but there was therefore no breach. No wonder the waiting times are longer if they are having to redo prescriptions and have several people look for 1 item! I wasn't the only one who had problems today either. I work for the NHS so i empathise with the pressures etc and understand it has a no blame culture for its staff but something seriously needs to be done before the only thing lost is peoples time!

Said they could supply a specific brand of prescribed medication but they couldn't and didn't! Stop lying to customers. If you can't get a specific brand then don't accept the prescription! And why do all the staff take lunch breaks at the same time? Surely there are enough employees to keep the store open.

Keep getting presciptionswrong,items not available,slow service.Queued for 20minutes at5.45 until 5.45,an assistant came out and said they were closing.Not supposed to close until 6.15,assistant came out at 5.45 and told the queued they were closing,not supposed to close until 6.20minutes

LONG QUEUES this morning, power door broken and no hand gel still. The staff are not supported and cumbersome systemssems make things worse.

Constantly under staffed, not just a recent thing.Text messages to tell you your prescription is ready no longer happen. One of the slowest I have come across in Lincoln. Will be changing to another pharmacy as soon as I get chance

Never had a problem here before but recently the service has been atrocious. Husband phoned to ask if our prescriptions are ready for 3 people in our household. Yes they were they said bar one person which they were going to get ready for us... arrived and the one person's meds that was not ready actually was yet had to wait 15 minutes for the other two when the person said they were ready.Waiting in the queue for them the lady with the limp and wears glasses needs to have extra customer service courses on how to be nice to customers because her attitude is disgusting, snapping at people , being rude, abrupt...if you don't like your job then go elsewhereGone massively down hill

I spoke to the pharmacist on the phone and she advised on canesten cream for athletes foot. But when my partner went into the shop the counter assistant who said I spoke to your partner with the pharmacist but decided to go against what the pharmacist said and I had agreed on and gave her there own branded stuff instead of the canesten even though she was told by the pharmacist to give me. Only gets 1 star as you have to in order to right a review other wise it?s minus 5stars. She Needs a disciplinary as surly your not allowed to play with other people?s health.

Today I came to the pharmacy with a newborn baby and my daughter with chest infection and Me being unwell too with breast infection and high temp. I was holding the baby as i forgot the attachments for my pram. I gave prescription for ready made spray and was asked to wait . I sat there for 25 min and finally as i was so tired got up and asked if it is ready. My prescription was still on side and 2 very relaxed man started to look for it . Worst experience! Have some common sense !

Have always found the pharmacy very efficient & helpful..has never failed to fulfill a prescription, not like the other nearby pharmacy.

Unfortunately I have received terrible service on multiple occasions over the years. The pharmacy has dispensed out of date medication on two occasions now making me question their stock rotation. I have also now been attempting to get some medication for over 2 weeks. Each time I visit they tell me that the medication was ordered but did not arrive so they would need to order it again. This is made worse by the fact I typically need to wait in a queue for 20-45 minutes before I can enter to be told I need to come back on a specific date. If I could avoid going in person to check I would, however it is very rare that my calls are actually answered (today I have tried calling 35 times already to check whether the medication they said would be available today is and will likely need to return in person). If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would.
