Absolute shambles, not the pharmacist one of the staff members. Emergency 111 appointment and I went in for it, they?d not even touched it, staff are rude, not helpful at all. Mainly ones at the counter. Sent someone in to collect because I was unwell and it wasn?t even ready, not even processed, luckily the pharmacist answered the phone and sorted it quick but the staff there are terrible. Emergency means emergency? excuse was ?He just disappeared? I didn?t, I said to this lady I?d come back later (which I did).. do not use this pharmacy?

Rude , unhelpful and attitudes of kids. For a chemist they don?t half like to hold back meds and make it difficult. Wish they could prescribe there staff some manners and respect. Avoid at all costs.

Very busy at this pharmacy the staff do a brilliant job they are sometimes under a lot of pressure and they always serve with a smile these people deserve a pay rise and a big thank you .

Fantastic always helpful and even when they are busy which is often they get through the queue quick and very effectively, they are a lovely and always friendly, thank you to all that work there

Unfortunately I believe this pharmacy has more work load than it can handle. There are, on the majority of times, mistakes or missing medications. When ordering repeat prescriptions it states order will be ready in two days but the pharmacy actually says at least 5 days but the system doesn't let you order earlier to accommodate, so a lot of times I have been left without medication which is really unacceptable and dangerous for myself due to my illnesses.

Great Pharmacy and always helpful. It's a busy place. Prescriptions come in thick and fast by electronic communication so you may have to be patient if your a walk in so use your common sense and order your repeat meds 5 days beforehand and they'll be waiting for you so don't be a numpty. Things are done a certain way...NOT YOUR WAY, which is totally wrong so don't complain !!

I'm basically forced to move elsewhere for my prescriptions. Nearly impossible to collect anything from here if you're a normal working person. They close for 1 hours during lunchtime and 12:30 on Saturdays, very hard to reach them on the phone too. Really shocking as there is usually more employees than customers inside, must be very busy I imagine. They also declined to sell me an OTC med once which I bought elsewhere 15 minutes later, very arbitrary.
