Not my favourite pharmacy. We don?t use them for prescriptions but as they are local and we want to support local businesses we do try to use them for non prescription items.
Unfortunately the ?front of house? service is not always the best. They can be friendly but often they are abrupt. LOL Reading other reviews I see that this is a recurring issue that I would suggest requires addressing by senior staff.

total disaster .....AVOID .... they are useless, mess orders up, allways behind and late, allways blame other like doctors ect, they need big fines and liable against them, NOT fit too serve the public, completely incompetent and have been for years.

This pharmacy in my experience is very poor. Nobody answers the phone should you call in advance. One particular assistant is rude and inefficient (thankfully the others are much better) and most of the time they dont process prescriptions in a timely manner , let alone have the medication in stock that you need. ?

Lady (debatable) with a blond bob haircut always laughs at my name, roles her eyes or can?t be bothered to read it properly. Just starts saying my name and then says ?or whatever?. Poor standard from the community based service. Not calling the whole pharmacy or company, just an incredibly ignorant member of staff.

Constantly failing to fulfill prescriptions, no contact to let me know they cannot fulfill the prescription and then they don't answer the phone. Awful communication and just poor customer service

Desperate for a prescription today, went 3 times, they didn't have it, went across the road to the doctors 3 times, eventually got it in my hand, ran over the road to the pharmacy, to find they had decided to shut 15 minutes early!!! Thanks for nothing
