Chloe is absolutely fantastic. She pierced my baby daughter?s ears today and did a fabulous job. They are perfect! She was very considerate and helpful and was very knowledgeable of the available products.

Came into store to speak to someone reguarding a previous piercing was approached by a lovely lady (Sophie) who I have rebooked to have my daughter repierced because the First Lady who I know is the store manager didn?t do this properly I wasn?t happy with the originally piercing or the ear rings as I wanted gold not the baby crystals. I feel this should be a customer choice not pushed upon by staff member let alone a manager they should know better
Iv since been back in to Lincoln store had my daughter re pierced by Sophie who honestly treat my child like she was her own absolutely amazing I am now going to book my best friends daughter in who?s autistic because I believe Sophie is capable of handling the situation and making another little girl happy.my 5* review is for Sophie not the manager . Thankyou so much again Sophie.

How fabulous is Sophie! She was so kind and attentive and paid attention to my daughter's name so that she could use it and make her feel at home in Claire's. I definitely bought more because of her! Claire's - you are lucky to have her!

Lovely staff my daughter got her ears pierced here a couple of months ago she was very nervous but she was talked through everything very well and was offered to have a duel piercing so both ears were done at the same time came back into the store recently with our free earring code and they recognised us! Very sweet and gave us our free earrings as well as a buy three get three free deal excited for our next visit
