Ordered takeaway, driver forgot to handover the drink, called restaurant, and they said they redeliver, nothing happened for 40 mins, called again to learn driver gone home, no driver to deliver the drink....the guy just say the note left to whom I spoke to earlier. Pathetic service!

Super surprised that their overall rating isn't higher than it is!
It's the first time I have ordered a takeaway from Castlegate, it was brilliant. The Peshwari naan was one of the best that I have ever eaten. I definitely recommend the Rogan Josh curry, it tasted really fresh.
