I brought a samsung phone from them and since then got my contract upgrade a few days later haven't been able to go back and return it as I have broken my leg so I emailed them as now I can and they told me they can't take it back or I have a refund unless there is a fault which is very very stupid yet the company website doesn't show that under there policy it says a 30 day return notice

Bought a Surface tablet here that was meant to come with a charger. They were adamant it didn't even though the label says so. I took it and used it with another charger I had.Eventually replaced it, so went back to re-sell. They joked around saying yeah it was originally a transfer and the charger is probably still in the old store.The price quoted was reasonable but the person giving me the quote said because we'll need to buy an original charger we'll need to knock 20 pounds off the price we'll pay you.Left a very bitter taste, knowing they have the charger, didn't give me said charger and then want to penalise me.I used to be a regular customer.

I brought some games from cash converter. They didn't work so clearly were not tested. I then took them back for a refund 4 days later they said can only refund games after 24 hours I found this laughable as to their shock I didn't go home and play them immediately. I therefore will never use cash converters again as they are quite frankly crooks.So following on from this I get home check the receipt and see that the receipt clearly states 12 month warranty so the staff lied..... I'm actually offended. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.

What a bunch of robbing bar stewards. 9ct gold as of typing this review is at £50.74 a gram. This bunch offering £11, HA! Not a chance mate. Luckily I'm not a junkie trying to sell my stolen goods so this joke of a place won't be getting anywhere near my gold.

This store used to be reasonable. Went in today and it's declined markedly.I went in near the end of the day and they could hardly be bothered.The guy who appears to be in charge isn't very likable either.One thing that you come to realise about this place is that (with the exception of low value items, under about £25), they have two types of customer; the very stupid and the very desperate.Won't be rushing back.

Avoid at all costs, bought a second hand laptop and assured me it all works flawless, got home and had loads of missing files, took it back the next day, apparently it?s my fault it Doesn?t work properly and refused a refund even tho I asked the guy when I bought it he said i can get a full refund if it?s faulty? robbing b@stards

Put a brand new laptop on buy back been extended it for a few months as not had the money to get it out but one month it was due so I rang up and ask if they could save it for one day as am actually buying it bk out they said yes that's fine we will defo keep it as I didn't wanna lose it as they never gave me much for it but when I went in to buy it out they told me they sold it on the day I rang and ask to keep it how rude me and my children was so disappointed NEVER AGAIN...!!!!!!!!!

i bought a phone here paid £400 it was faulty the speaker was not working could not get the money back a replacement was given but that was faulty as well do not buy here it is all a scam in relation to the phones
