I can say I enjoy having coffee, hot chocolate, or even a cup of tea along with a bacon roll for my breakfast occasionally, and it's always so peaceful. It can definitely get busy, especially round early work hours to lunch time, but the staff work relentlessly and are so friendly, more than happy to assist in any way. Would recommend to anyone after a refreshment or a snack, either taking away or sitting in.

Me and my friend come here at least three times a week. Every time we come in, no matter how busy it is, the staff are always polite and positive. They are always busy doing something and the service is always great. I also love the coffee and how they have a special option at different times of the year, loving the winter blend at the moment! :)

Nice place, but awful service. The lady that took my order turned around to prepare the drinks and said something to her colleague. Her colleague looked at me and said "really". The first lady said "yeah". They wasn't happy that I did not pay one penny for my order. I had vouchers that I decided to use all together. She didn't said that I can't, so I don't understand what the problem was. She wasn't rude, but wasn't very kind neither. Similar was the situation few months ago with the same lady. I have earned those vouchers and I don't see what was the problem.
It was my favourite Cafe, but I don't think will visit again.

We went to Lincoln for a business trip and stopped near city centre to have some light food. Saw this beautiful cafe so went there to try their Pistachio, Caramel and coconut milk and it was so tasty. Highly recommended to everyone
