Rude young lady on the medicine counter,who rolled her eyes at my request for pain relief.Then refused to sell me product based on her own mistake.She then changed her mind,so I said its ok I'll go elsewhere.Confusing and a little embarrassing.

Came to boots pharmacy to collect my daughters prescription, arriver 1622 , counter staff said it will be 15-20 minutes wait. I'm here at 1731 and my prescription hasn't been dispensed

The byoma skin care range is ALWAYS empty, I repurchase a lot of the range regularly but whenever I go into this store the shelf is bare.
The store is never staffed well enough to easily find somebody to ask.
When I eventually get somebody?s attention they have the products just not put on the shelves. I?d understand if this was an occasional thing but it?s not it?s every time!
it?s incredibly frustrating. Won?t be bothering anymore!

I spoke to the pharmacist and was given excellent advice , i followed that advice and felt alot better !

Terrible! Stopped late night prescriptions.. if you come out of hospital with a prescription after 8pm you?re screwed. A city our size and no late night chemist?

I went in and picked up 6 items and then went to the till to pay and ask a question. There was a lady there who was doing nothing. She told me I should ask someone on the floor as she did health. There was no one else to ask but she said normally she would not serve me as I should go to the unmanned tills at the front of the store. She was resentful, unhelpful and unpleasant. This was my first trip out since a major operation 4 weeks ago. It was upsetting. Next time I?ll order on Amazon and avoid bothering anyone in the store.

Poor standard of professionalism. Booked blood pressure check for 10.30 this morning. At 10.35 was told pharmacist hadn't turned up yet and not sure when they would come. So no blood pressure check.
