Thanks for getting back to me. I was at work and couldn't take your call. I'm not satisfied with the service as I was rushed to 'get out'. I didn't get to look or check my haircut yesterday, the stylist quickly grabbed my bag and coat as soon as she's done.I tried to act nice but I got embarrassed, didn't really understand why she did that. I'm definitely not satisfied with the cut as well. I requested for layers and bangs in the front to cover my forehead and it turned to be very funny. I was hoping for the stylist to be still working on it but she said she's done and handed my things and asked me to leave, which is not a great experience.I prepaid some amount to book an appointment and waited for the appointment for weeks and I'm definitely not happy about it. Hope my review helps to improve your customer service.

appointment was almost a week ago now, but very quick, cheap and executed so well. emma was really nice, personable and skilled. she was good at suggesting things and fleshing out my ideas. i have had many compliments from everyone who has seen my new haircut, and it is the most confident i have felt about my hair in a long time. normally upon leaving the barbers i dont like the new trim, but this is the first time i have left a hairdressers and really liked what was on top of my head.

Loved the finished cut and overall look, however felt slightly hurt during the cut as some rather harsh comments were made about the condition and colouring of my hair by the stylist throughout the appointment. Hoping it was a one off hiccup as seems like a lovely place but personally won?t be returning

I had Sophie cut and colour my hair, she done exactly what I wanted and more, went from a boring dull colour hair to bringing my hair back to life with new colour and some bangs. Left feeling so happy and pleased with my hair. Thank you so so much, would recommend Sophie, and Bloom to anyone xx

I was very nervous for this haircut due to my last one elsewhere not being a very good experience. However, Sofia listened to everything I asked for very well, consistently checked with me that I was happy, and all round did a great job on my hair. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be coming back.
