The lovely Sam was the member of staff i met, Sam helped me find which tent, which pump and also which camping bag i should use, Sam was so upbeat happy and helpful it made me want to spend more money then I was originally budgetting for, Sam was helpful, knowledgeable and so happy to help me, I will most definitely refer my collegues to blacks, I just hope they get the amazing experience I did, and hopefully they will have sam as their advisor.

Went here Black Friday 2024. I was enticed by the sign that said something like "20% off everything... Yes absolutely everything". It made it clear it wasn't just there usual 24/7 sale. Walked in, picked up a belt and asked if this was the reduced price. I was told No, and that the belts were not on sale.
If you're going to make bold statements like that then you need to back them up. Wasted my time and the poor sales assistant who couldn't do anything as he stood with the massive poster claiming everything was on sale. It felt like a sketch show.

William Knight is an absolute legend and went way beyond what was expected to help me find something in my budget with a vibram sole. Would recommended going here as the customer service is fantastic.

Shocking service today. Asked to try on some jackets was left on my own no help or advice offered as all the staff stood near the door chatting to friends walking up Lincoln high street. Will purchase at Go Outdoors instead!

Well presented shop with lovely friendly staff. Happy to accommodate our dogs today (and gave them treats!). Good offers. Fitting room. Stairs lead to top floor. Student discount accepted.
