Food delivered quickly, directly to lodge door at Tattershall Lakes holiday park. Food was piping hot and lovely. Minor inconvenience in not being able to pay on the website, possibly as we checked out as a guest. This meant having to go get cash out from the cash machine on site, which charged £1.75. Apart from that, lovely.

Usually can?t fault this place as the food is delicious and delivery very quick, however, today this is not the case. Ordered various items for a delivery and was quoted just under an hour which was understandable due to it being a Saturday night and when ordering before on numerous occasions the food comes within 30 minutes. Waited for over an hour and food had still not arrived, so decided to give them a call to be told it had been delivered over 45 minutes ago, guy on the phone said the driver had since gone home and the food had definitely been sent out. After a back and forth discussion they finally decided to remake the order and send it out, the driver then knocked on the door no more than a minute later which makes me think the order had been forgotten about. No apology from the guy on the phone nor one from the driver. To make this even worse various items were missing from the order.Disappointing experience

We?ve used this place a few times whilst staying at Tattersall Lakes, really easy to order online. The food has always been nice and the price is reasonable. Delivery driver was really friendly and polite.
