Excellent team in delivering and assembling the ottoman single bed. Respectful of the new carpet and removed their shoes before going into the room - a BIG thank you for that. On time, efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend their products, sales team and delivery people, too.

Casey is so professional, flexible, understanding and easy to deal with. Everything is doable for him and he walks extra mile to help his customer. I could not say that this approach or attitude towards Benzon's for Bed is true to every member of staff that I spoke in the shop. I had a dealing with a lady once which she does not seem to understand my requirement and asking me to ring the delivery company to have my ordered delivered. Considering the amount of stuff that I've ordered from the company (worth £5K), I would not have placed my order if I have dealt with this lady hence I insisted speaking with Casey. Casey looked after everything for me. He is an asset to Benzon's for Bed.

Great store/location and the people were friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Didn't feel pressured into buying. Spent time finding out what we wanted. Understood our issues with our current bed, etc. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Bensons Beds. Our sales advisor was Gemma and she couldn?t have been more helpful. No hard sell and listened to everything we said. Definitely would go back again.
