A no show at the property because I didn?t confirm the appointment which I did via email. A call from a random mobile with no voicemail does not constitute a try to get in touch. Awful service and Katie you are so rude.

TENANTS BEWARE. Do not care about tenants one bit. All for the landlord. Refused to do urgent repairs to boiler/ lights and floor fittings. These resulted in injury to myself and my one year old. After six months of complaining i told them i would go to the council and was handed a eviction notice two days later. Very rude and dismisive. They even took my deposit for repairs on the things i had been complaining about for months. Only care about landlord/money not the tennants put my family through hell. BE WARNED. As a reply your manager laughed at me on the phone when i asked for phone calls to prove the issues i had complained about and have still not recieved recordings. That is why i could not prove to the TDS about the issues. I still havent recieved the recordings either which is strange if you pride yourself on customer service.

My sons have rented a property managed by Belvoir Lincoln for the last 3 years. The sign up process was easy and efficient.. and we have received excellent customer service since moving in. I?d like to give Sophie a particular mention.. on the odd occasion my sons have had an issue, Sophie had been quick to sort this out for us, providing regular updates and seeing the job through to completion. Thank you to Sophie and all the team.. we would highly recommend Belvoir as a jetting agent !

Renting out our property for the first time was quite a daunting prospect but the whole thing was made easy by the friendly and helpful team at Belvoir. They have endeavoured to make the process as smooth as possible and have kept us informed with regular progress updates. The property was well advertised and viewings came in thick and fast and led to a successful tenancy. We have found the process to be very straightforward so far and being on the other side of the World, we are happy to have Belvoir looking after our interests.

Would definitely give Belvoir Lincoln five stars! We have recently rented a property managed by Belvoir Lincoln and we have to say the process from beginning to end was exceptionally efficient. Met and spoke to Jack on several occasions and his customer service skills were excellent. He dealt with our queries quickly and efficiently as did Hannah with regards to the viewing and administration, tenancy agreements and handover of keys. She was always on the ball and her response to our questions was extremely quick. Both Hannah and Jack went over and above to make the move go smoothly, so thanks gain to Belvoir Lincoln. Well done! would highly recommend this agent.

Me and my partner entered an agreement through the agency for our first property together, with the help of Hannah at the agency. Overall the agency have been very helpful, provided us with all the information we needed, answered the questions we had and allowed us to view the property multiple times. (unoccupied)Hannah is the one we've been in contact with through the process, she has been exceptionally helpful and very responsive through email.I've personally lived with a lot of different agencies around Lincolnshire and so far, Belvoir have been one of the best ones with an amazing team.

I wish we had listened to other people?s experiences of using the lincoln branch as none of them were pleasant. Anyone I had spoken with had a bad experience or something bad to say, mainly about the staff. Renting the property itself was not a problem, as we dealt mainly with the landlord who was perfect and made everything a lot easier or we dealt with Delores who was also a pleasure. Once it came to leaving the property though that?s where there were issues, completely unprofessional, rude and genuinely unhelpful. Completely unbothered about the property and the landlords property to which I had to inform the landlord myself of anything that happened within the property. It seems they just hire women who have no people skills whatsoever and with poor customer service. I would say to try and avoid at all costs, we rented our house as we loved the property and overlooked the bad things people have said. Even when speaking to ex members of staff who used to work there they had commented on their unprofessionalism and laziness. If you?re looking for a better estate agents I would highly recommend mundys or Newton fallowell as they?re brilliant.

My family have just left a Belvoir managed property, having been there for 13 years. Their service is nothing short of excellent.They provide constantly high standards of service, respond to any queries really quickly, resolve emergency maintenance queries within hours and are always polite friendly and chatty when providing support.Our Landlords were also excellent and never rejected requests for improvements in the property.As tenants we couldn't have wished for better Landlords or for a better Letting Agent to manage the property.

Lived in 3 Belvoir student houses in 3 years. All of them have been to a high quality. If we?ve had problems we?ve managed to contact Belvoir and have the issues attended to promptly. I?ve had communication trouble with one new member of staff however issues have been rectified. If I?ve had queries, they?ve been answered in a quick response via email and house updates and reminders are sent prior to any visits. I wouldn?t choose any other Lettings agency.
