Went in to change my name following marriage. Got seen straight away which surprised me on a Saturday morning, all staff were very helpful. Met with Karen who not only sorted out my name change but enabled me to get a better interest on my savings, advised me on other products and got me signed up for cash back rewards which I didn?t know about. Thanks Karen, you were fab and not at all pushy.
