“I recently had cause to visit the Lincoln Branch of TSB with regards to a LPA, Claire the Bank Adviser was the most kindest, helpful and most understanding person I have had the pleasure to meet. She was professional and guided me through the process and offered to organise the appropriate levels of access ie Internet banking etc...
You just don't get this kind of Customer Service anymore..

“They were very helpful when I went to set up my student account! Especially Zoe who had a kind patient attitude; usually hate the atmosphere of banks but this one has a much friendlier one than usual. Not forgetting the useful ATMs and cash deposits too.”
“Never had a problem here, ok yes sometimes there is a queue but it's not going to kill anyone to spend a few minutes of their life queuing. 2pm close is a bit early but I'd rather be there before 2 than mess about going into town. Staff.... well I've always found them to be polite and friendly, maybe it's a two way thing, I'm polite and friendly so they are. These people are just doing their jobs, give them a break. BE KIND xx”

“Went in to change my name following marriage. Got seen straight away which surprised me on a Saturday morning, all staff were very helpful. Met with Karen who not only sorted out my name change but enabled me to get a better interest on my savings, advised me on other products and got me signed up for cash back rewards which I didn’t know about. Thanks Karen, you were fab and not at all pushy.”
