“As a delivery driver I had a lot of awful experiences with the night shift lady everyone was complaining about. I visit the place quite often and I can confirm she's not there for a solid time now. There's a very friendly man with glasses on the night shifts and it's a pleasure to deal with him every time! Good move Shell, if that lady is gone, this guy is a completely different customer service experience and I am talking from the perspective of a person who visits your garage 5+ times per week.”

“2nd great stay at Tattershall this year. Park is clean, well laid out and theres always plenty to do. We booked a superior caravan with hot tub, couldn't fault anything. Well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Grandson injured his thumb, but after a call to reception to see if a first aider was available, a brilliant, trained paramedic arrived within 5 minutes, who was great. He treated the injury, calmed my grandson and reassured everyone. Thank you. Would definitely book again, my new happy place”

“Never had a problem here, ok yes sometimes there is a queue but it's not going to kill anyone to spend a few minutes of their life queuing. 2pm close is a bit early but I'd rather be there before 2 than mess about going into town. Staff.... well I've always found them to be polite and friendly, maybe it's a two way thing, I'm polite and friendly so they are. These people are just doing their jobs, give them a break. “Went in to change my name following marriage. Got seen straight away which surprised me on a Saturday morning, all staff were very helpful. Met with Karen who not only sorted out my name change but enabled me to get a better interest on my savings, advised me on other products and got me signed up for cash back rewards which I didn’t know about. Thanks Karen, you were fab and not at all pushy.”
