it said it was there on the official app for shades and the workers are really mean they did not say no the just pointed me to the exit

What few staff exist are rude and uninterested, pretty much card-only self checkout machines and very slow to approve, chilled alcohol selection is awful, raw meats are often sold out. Parking is inadequate.
Only use it if I'm passing and can't think of a single visit that didn't emote some kind of frustration

Good products at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, the staff are unprofessional and lazy, and customer service is despicable. Management get a grip.

I bought some daffodils a week ago. They never opened. Just went mouldy and had to be thrown away. Waisted my money!!!

Rude and horrible staff. They just stand around and don?t do anything. Security guards always smoking outside and not doing their job. All the staff need training or firing. Wouldn?t recommend this shop to anyone with a brain.

Local branch of Asda. Nicely set out, easy to navigate the isles with a good product range and always stocked up, the staff are friendly and helpful and take an interest in their regular customers ?? #Asda

Awful experience in the shop today rude unhelpful unfriendly staff. Customer service was appalling and it?s safe to say I shall not be shopping with them again. I only went in for some hot chocolate gave them my cash and they gave me a Scottish £5 note. A tendency that isn?t accepted everywhere in England. I asked politely if they would change it and they refused and had the cheek of telling me I had to go to the bank and change it as if I don?t have better things to be doing with my evening. They were exceptionally rude could have at least been friendly about it and explained why they couldn?t swap it for an English note. Very very mad and shall not be stepping foot into the shop again they will not be getting any more money from me, friends or family.

Awful customer service. Staff very unfriendly, unhelpful and rude they gave me a Scottish £5 note and wouldn?t change it for a English one told me I had to go to the bank and change it myself absolutely fuming gave me cash I can?t even use. I?m in England not Scotland so I expect the right tender. Safe to say I won?t be shopping with them again not a single penny will be spent.

Again, rude, aggressive treatment from the woman with dyed black hair and bleached at the front. She directed the people behind us in the queue to the till and proceeded to serve them while giving us dirty looks. Even though we were there first. My husband went up to check her name badge but couldn?t see it.
Looking at the other reviews, it seems there are a lot of negative reviews about this woman. Her attitude is appalling.
Again, can I ask if there has been anything done about this woman?

Absolute joke of a shop. Avoid at all cost.
The pick-up point for online deliveries is chaotic and the staff couldn't even find our parcel at first. When they eventually found it 10 minutes later, it was the totally wrong product! Moronic idiots run that place!

Having to use the self service check outs when you have a big shop is ridiculous, plus machine wouldn't take my cash as apparently it doesn't except £50 notes ,you have just lost another customer ,I will go elsewhere that doesn't require me to use self service

I went into here at night one time, they proceeded to accuse me of stealing a little bottle of vodka when it was in my hand then proceeded to say I was ?banned? even though I put it back when I realised I forgot my ID. Absolute terrible shop

Don't like the push to self service, especially when with trolley. Despite being staff members standing around.
