Asda living cafe served under cooked chips to children. We let the staff know and a lady came over and said that they we're 75° I think she may have tested them using the fahrenheit instead of celsius, they had no colour and were freezing. She took 3 of the four kids meal plates and said she'd bring out extra chips. We waited around 15 minutes for two of the meals to be brought out, then about another 15 minutes for the other two plates.
Please check that the food is actually cooked before letting your children eat it!
The lady who took our order and served the drinks was lovely and helpful. She deserves a 5*

Went into the cafe this afternoon 27/1/25 and was shocked to see only 1 member of staff on, she was extremely busy and run off her feet, with a que behind us too. We felt very sorry for her, but you could see she was remaining calm and professional as much as she could. Well done to that lady!! Please put more staff on.
Coffee was lovely and a side of chips, 5* to the staff member 2* for the lack of staff.

Today I was absolutely shocked at one of your store colleagues being extremely rude and unprofessional towards a young customer. I could be wrong but I believe the young teenager/ young adult opened packaging to look at a product and the member of staff went off on a power trip NOT dealing with the issue in a formal professional manner shouting at him and calling him red handed and a liar whilst everyone was looking. Then a few minutes later the member of staff came back for round 2 raising his voice and upsetting him and other customers at the tills. It was extremely embarrassing! The male member of staff had pink hair. he was extremely irate and abrubt! Clearly lacks customer service skills . The young customers girlfriend/sister told the staff member stop going on and on and on. Go to Asda at Hykeham instead if you want good customer service.

We went today for the pensioners £1. Soup and coffee/tea offer. Lily was serving on her own and did brilliantly alternating serving customers and delivering the food/drinks always with a smile on her face. Well-done Lily.

Lily served our Tuesday Walking Group absolutely brilliantly. She smiled throughout out time in the cafe, enjoying your Over 60s £1 offer. Moreover, there were 13 of us plus a simular amount of over customers. LILY WAS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY, a brilliant ambassador and the Tea, Bread and soup was delicious and enjoyed by every on I'm our group. People like Lily are difficult to find, she's a gem, brilliant for a young lady and utterly enjoyed our time in your superb cafe. Regards and Thank you. JET (TWG) + 12 customers.

A good range of products however the lack of menswear and the disgusting customer toilets (which i could smell before i walked into the mens) means a star deducted, please do better!!

The cafe management is an absolute joke, the 1£ kids meal isnt worth it because you and your kid are going to become skeletons before u get served. Unreal the waiting times. The staff are nice. I still would put a 0 starts .
