I had a few queries about payment and I also wanted to ensure that my membership was cancelled before I left Lincoln yet noone has replied to my calls, emails or DMs for weeks. Customer service is really disappointing and they stopped responding to me on DM after I expressed that I wanted to cancel my membership when they replied immediately when I DMed to create one. After reading the reviews it's clear I'm not the only one. I do not reccomend this gym as this had been a big inconvenience. I'm starting to think they do this to customers on purpose and delay the response (that is if they even respond) so people have to keep paying. It should not be this hard to cancel a membership I've never had this issue at previous gyms I've attended over the years.

Terrible customer service, simply ignored emails and spam texted and called me rather than replying to an email.

Great gym highly recommend for anyone, plentiful amount of equipment, very clean gym, an overall good environment to be in for working out.

I really have a good experience so far, just already been there for two days, it's amazing, quite of you go midday, staff friendly, people who else work out with you, so friendly/helpful, loved it. 10/10 amazing gym. (I use the one in Lincoln)

I cancelled my contract with this gym by sending them proof of my address to say I moved away. I was told my last payment would come out in October, however another payment came out in November too. I have been trying for a month to get a refund from them but no one ever picks up the phone. They keep telling me that they will contact Clubwise, however I called up that company myself and was told that they never received anything. Be careful if you cancel your contract with these guys and make sure to get some sort of receipt to prove so.

Staff made miscommitment and now threatening to give my details to debt collectors. They were very friendly when selling membership but refused to recognise when I went to cancel it. Every day they are spamming my inbox with messages to pay the arrears when I did not even sign an agreement with them. They are not even sharing their complaint procedure for the organisation. Very unprofessional attitude I must say.
