Went in yesterday with my step daughter to help her find herself some new underwear and was delighted to see there was a sale on! The store was immaculate , everything neatly presented in size order and the staff could not have been any more helpful. Sadly the cloakrooms had to be closed temporarily due to a customer spillage but staff were so apologetic about this. Would 100% recommend the store and the incredibly helpful staff.

We visited the store to find a nice lingerie set and, after browsing on our own (as none of the three staff members offered assistance), we found a couple of bra options to try. We headed to the back of the store to use the fitting rooms, only to find a rope barrier blocking access.
Assuming we needed to ask for permission to enter, we paused briefly. During that time, two other customers let themselves into the changing rooms. One of their friends waited outside, and a staff member abruptly snapped at them, saying, ?Have you just let yourselves in? These need to stay closed?that?s why the rope barrier is up.? I my opinion this was handled very poorly.
At that point, I approached a staff member and asked whether we could use the changing rooms, thinking it was a simple oversight. I was then informed that the fitting rooms were closed due to an unspecified ?incident.? I handed the items I intended to try on back to the staff member and explained that I wouldn?t be purchasing anything without trying them on first. We then left the store.
I strongly suggest that if the changing rooms are closed, customers should be informed either at the entrance during the meet-and-greet or with clear signage. This would have saved us time and made the experience far less frustrating.

Attended the Lincoln store today needing help as I was very much overdue for bra sizing. Sam was absolutely brilliant in helping and advising me and I came away happy with my purchases. Sam is a pleasure to deal with. Great prices too!! I shall definitely be back.

First time into this store, and I was surprised by the nice selection of clothing and other items they had. They had some good sales on too, so took complete advantage of that! The staff were very nice and ready to offer help. Def worth a peek!
