Recently went for sunday carvery and everything was cooked to perfection ,especially the meat lovely and tender would definetely go back again

Came Sunday for a Sunday dinner, when I walked in, it felt like they didn't want me there, so I can back the next day to give them a other chance because I normally use these when I come and I had a fry up on the Monday but I was sitting there for 25 min or more waiting, so I went over and asked where's my food, they said they gave it to the wrong person and for that they gave me a free sausage and pot of tea but the 2 old women who was there was really nice and helpful

Me, my partner and baby son had a delicious carvery here, it was nice and hot and they had a decent variety of meats and veggies! It was home made Yorkshire puddings too! The staff was very friendly and helpful and i will definitely come back here again!

Food not bad but not great for the price, as it is quite pricey for what it is. Cheap beans, cheap sausage and cheap bacon (very salty). Quite sparse with the beans and tomato?s which is disappointing as they?re the cheapest item on the plate a few more wouldn?t hurt. Mushrooms a bit dry and undercooked and hash brown cooked well but tasted like a deep fat fryer.
We were asked to queue against the cake cabinet after just joining the back of the queue, but there?s nothing on the floor or walls or a barricade letting you know where to stand.
Dirty tables with plates and food stacked high, this attracted flies. Dirty windowsills (dead insects) with dust collectors (artificial flowers), skirting boards dirty and so was the carpet. Looks as if it all could do with a deep clean.
Cake cabinet open from the back so not sure how clean that is either as we could see flies at the back of the counter/kitchen area.
Staff friendly enough but cafe really not clean.

£5.99 for a frozen microwave jacket potato. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Went straight into the bin

We stopped here for a breakfast and unfortunately was disappointed.
For the price you don't get toast or a drink included. The bacon was overcooked for us but that's our taste and the mushrooms were raw.
Hopefully this isn't a everyday thing and a once off as everyone has their off days

Breakfasts are swimming in greese the partner don't eat from here the mother n laws had a Breakfast Saturday morning she's been sick ever since so much so that they travelled home yesterday afternoon wonder what kind of food hygiene they have ?? yes there's plenty if empty tables if u can stand the smell of sweat as u go in depending on where u sit u can see write thro the kitchen where the bins are so hygienic NOT never mind the smell ? DISGUSTING

Sausages have never been near a pig cheap eggs and bacon , pay good food prices would not feed it to the dogs worst breakfast I've had in my entire life had to leave it and get a meal deal from Tesco next
