Visited today for the first time as a "local" absolutely brilliant service, extremely accommodating for allergy/intolerance. If you are in Ingoldmells and have an allergy/intolerance this is the place to go! It was no trouble for them at all to give us options and reassurance they knew what they was on about. Will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely breakfast. There was quite a long wait but food came just as we were about to ask. Kids giant fishfinger was amazing!! Really high quality chunky cod, Not the standard processed type. Breakfast was breakfast (oap/kids) but was well cooked and very enjoyable.

What a shame. The guy on the front was amazing. The food. OMG. Just look at the photo. Asked for two kebabs got these. No chips, no large chips that we ordered too. That's how the kebab came ripped apart, cold hard meat. Wouldn't even feed to my dog. Put straight in the bin

Visited yesterday and had the big breakfast which was ok, however i also ordered some Toasted tea cakes for my partner and son which was very poor. The simplest breakfast item to do was poor at best i don't even think they made it in a toaster just come stail to the table with butter on however they was that cold butter did not melt. This was same with the toast again it was just bread and butter. I wouldn't normally moan but at £2.95 for a breadcake with Almonds/raisins or for 2 slices of bread just not great with how much competition there is down there for food

Got 3 breakfasts, all cooked to perfection. The host, I think is called john is really friendly, kind and polite. Will defo be coming back. Came for dinner yesterday and it was lovely

Went to pie palace with my husband yesterday. We both got burgers with chips and coleslaw. What a lovely place food was delicious service brilliant and nice friendly staff. First time for us here but will definitely return when on holiday up at ingomells

Rude staff and terrible service. Maybe we hit a bad day, but watching an argument with the customer before us (who had young children) who?d been waiting a considerable time unfold with the staff member blaming them, and not listening (even though they clearly were in the right) wasn?t the greatest introduction. The lack of choice was appalling, with no non meat option, really, it?s 2025! They clearly are busy enough to have a take it or leave it attitude which their staff follow ardently. We?ll leave it thanks.

We have been to Ingoldmells today and decided to have lunch at the Pie Palace, the fish & chips were the best we have had for a long time.
The staff were brilliant ,very friendly and helpful. We even had free entertainment thanks to the young man singing along to the background music ?
I can highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back again

Absolutely horrible food went there yesterday for dinner and there food has given me and my wife explosive diarrhoea and extreme vomitting this place the grand reward of ruining our holiday in a mere 45 minutes
The salad looked old wasn?t fresh nowhere near ?chips were vile?. Panini was okay but the bread was dry and hard enough to use it as a hammer the insides where nice though
I don?t know how they have a 4star rating honestly never again

Spotlessly clean throughout, friendly staff , food freshly cooked piping hot, generous portions, fish was excellent definitely recommend
