Just recently brought a caravan on Holiday Village and the sales man Tris was excellent!!!! Genuinely kind and friendly guy. Kept us well informed through the process, answered all of our questions and nothing was too much for him. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a caravan.

Recently bought a caravan on coastfields with the help of Tristan couldn?t recommend him highly enough nothing was too much and updated us through every stage of the process and as first time caravan owners he really helped us out and shown us the ropes even out of season, can?t wait for the start of next season in our caravan and will definitely be keeping in touch with Tristan great friend.

We booked a week here with the family and loved it so much we bought a caravan!! Our sales man, Tris, was so helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and he was quick and efficient and got things done, as he promised. He updated us with everything, step by step so we knew exactly what was happening. He organised the purchase of decking for us very quickly and any problems were dealt with immediately.I cannot thank him enough for making the purchase of our first caravan run so smoothly.

Absolutely awful! We stayed here for the weekend and were happy to leave. The caravan had rusty radiators and smelled of wet dog. The shower head was broken so water just dribbled out of it. There was absolutely nothing supplied, no toilet paper, washing up liquid or cloth. We even had to make our own beds! Also, we had to leave a £50 cash deposit that no one told us about. On the day you leave you have to get someone to check that you've cleaned up if you want your deposit back. The grass surrounding the caravans was completely water logged, no drainage, so it had become a boggy mess. Combine that with the fact that you can't park your car next to the caravan and you can imagine the joy we had taking our bags from the car. And to top it all off there's a trial bike track on the beach so all you hear all day long is the whining of motorbikes! ?

We arrived on the late afternoon of a particularly bad storm and after an ?eventful? drive from Matlock we just wanted to get in the caravan. Upon arrival we was asked for a damages deposit, something we?d never been asked for at any other site before, but hey ho we duly paid it and, after being told there was no parking near the caravan, by a particularly uninterested receptionist, we set off to unpack.The uninterested staff member turned out to be common place throughout the week, mainly in reception. The one shining light turned out to be the entertainment girls in the evening, always smiling, they did at times seem to be trying to carry the whole site.The caravan itself was clean on arrival with a large enough lounge/dinning room, this however impacted on the bedrooms, in particular the double room. This was just, and I mean just, big enough to fit the bed in, with absolutely no room to walk round it. Opening the wardrobe door took up what little room there was left. 2 plug sockets, one at the side of the bed with the other one by the wardrobe.One of the twin rooms had the wardrobe over the bottom of the bed, meaning if you are too tall you will hit your legs if you turn over in the night.The damage check at the end was laughable. The lady came in and asked if anything was damaged, took our word for it and signed us off. My advice is when you arrive have a good check round and note any damage you find and report it to cover yourselves.The swimming pools boiler wasn?t working during our visit and the lifeguard tried her best to talk us out of getting in, telling us it was very cold. The other lifeguard didn?t seem interested at all in being there at all.

We upgraded our caravan Tris was our sales young man.. He got thing rolling very quickly. Every thing we asked for he followed it through and got things doneSuch a nice well mannered guy that knows what he's doing .I'm so glad he was there when we walked in that sales room.In my eyes sales man of the year.

Just returned from a 7 day family break in a Platinum lodge.....amazing accommodation with absolutely everything you could need.....no rip off prices for food or drinks....ideal location with lots to do and see. If anything, entertainment could have been a little better but it was still enjoyable on the nights we were in there. A fabulous family break and definitely be back next year !Rooms: Luxury lodge with spacious comfy bedroomsNearby activities: Lots to do on site but plenty to do/see in both directions when exiting site as well as beach literally across the roadSafety: Seemed to be a noticeable lack of security staff which resulted in a few unruly people coming down grass bank at top end of park but no major issuesWalkability: Site easy to get around....Plenty of good places within a few minutes walkFood & drinks: Very reasonably priced and good quality both in club and on site Chinese.

We have bought our own caravan and I have to say the service we received from the salesman Tris was superb.He kept us informed throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble.The caravan we have bought is in excellent condition and so far we have nothing but praise for the whole site.From deciding to buy to actually moving in, Tris got it all done in 6 days!

Arrived on park booked a gold pet caravan , waited a while to check in then had to have a wristband placed on all of us which was a pain , told don?t park on grass as it?s frowned upon outside your caravan use car park , caravan was anything but clean there was an awful smell in the caravan when we arrived so opened all windows to air off went out for tea came back still stinking , couldn?t sleep in the double room as smell so bad , looked under the bed to find dog poo ?, we brushed living room floor got a pile of dog hairs not hoovered properly at all , no hoover or carpet sweeper in van just a brush which is a disgrace in a dog caravan , went to reception to complain about dog poo just apologised and that was it , there attitude in reception is appalling not helpful in the slightest , they have a cheek to ask for £50 damage bond when you check in , swimming pool you had to book a time slot lifeguards just sat on phone the whole time or spent time talking to there mates , entertainment looked rubbish so didn?t bother , meals in aqua bar were the only good thing about the place service in the aqua bar of a morning was good all the staff of a morning in there were pleasant and helpful only place that they were . All in all I wouldn?t stay again and wouldn?t recommend it for anyone else either .

Paid £270 for a family weekend away to receive a dirty broken caravan. Stairs just to get in were barely attached to the van itself. Flooring was all lumpy with bubbles in. Bedroom had all dirt around the windows and mould on the ?clean? sheets. All dirt and rust on the towel radiators and plenty of stains on the sofa. To top it all off my daughter fell down the unsafe caravan steps went to the reception and bar for first aid or ice packs ect given no help just shrugged their shoulders and said don?t have any first aid like ice packs! Staff had no manners and didn?t want to help in any way.

People tend to park in the car park to go to the little village round the corner or to go to the beach across the road, it makes it difficult for people staying in caravans to to park near their vans.Nearby activities: Close to fantasy island, its NOT a hotel.
