We went to this store to look at their garden centre bit which is at the back of the store. We were very happy and bought what we needed plus some extras!

What an absolute shambles, the garden centre was disgusting, most of the plants were dead, obviously not watered, what a dreadful shame to allow plants to dry out to the extent of dying. The staff were not at all phased by the poor conditions of the garden centre. Such a downturn of standards from the shop next door, won't bother returning, will use Lakeside going forward.

Shelves well stocked and staff very friendly but its like a slalom course with stackable boxes on display which when using a mobility walker is not easy to negotiate and blocks the isles when others stop to browse.
