Not too bad but never anyone on the tills only ever one person on the kiosk majority of colleagues are very pleasant but tonight the blonde haired lady on kiosk needs retraining in customer service asked for a bag to just have her point to a hook at front of the till which was empty no explanation and manners cost nothing...
