If you are looking for an EA who keeps you updated and informed then I would NOT use Hunters, if you want the privilege of paying for doing your own work then by all means use this EA, also if you want to feel as though the EA is acting on behalf of the buyer instead of the seller? this is the one for you!!! They say the right things to get the initial business and then offer bad advise and never any follow up or conversations about the state of the market during contract period, even when requested. Also emails and WA messages were ignored. Worst Estate Agent I?ve ever used. It seems that Katherine (who did the viewings) and Susan (admin) seem to hold them just above water and do all the donkey work. Just my honest opinion!! Would have give a zero if possible!

Where to start, I cannot thank Hunters enough for selling my house. A bit of back story, we had been with a different estate agent for 9 months, with little to no luck & it felt like we were going stagnant.I made the decision in July to leave our old estate agents and instruct Hunters. Wow am I glad we made that decision, our house went on the market Thursday evening, by Friday morning we had 4 viewings booked for Saturday & by Monday we had received two offers! This was far more than what we received prior!From the get go everything felt smooth & easy, their online property file being a great help to see how many views you?ve had on rightmove, what viewings you have booked etc. Michael Noonan was always at the end of the telephone to help & advise.We completed yesterday & I cannot thank Hunters enough. Every penny we spent on their fees was completely worth it. So if you are looking for a ?modern but friendly? estate agent Hunters is who you should go with.I highly recommend them. Thank you again.

Had a first class viewing experience with Kathryn. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. By far the most professional viewing we have had in the area. All other dealings with the agent have been exemplary, different class.

We found the whole experience of selling our house with Hunters to be not only efficient but courteous & genuine. Previous sales with other estate agents have not been very good but this time we were pleasantly surprised by their degree of professionalism and honesty, not to mention how quickly the whole process took. We would most definitely use their service again.

What a disappointment, after travelling from Essex to look at a property we had made an appointment to see, only to be told after we had actually been to the property and phoned the estate agent, were told that the house had been sold, I received no email or phone call, altogether bad management!!
