First shop assistant I spoke too was pleasant + helpful. I advised him to serve others as I had a lot to look at in the store as renovating more than one house. Second shop assistant was unhelpful,unprofessional + condescending,seemed disinterested in giving any constructive advice. Mumbled at me and made me feel like a pain + looked down on me .Because of his poor attitude I left without purchasing a thing + I won't go back .I have at least 4 bathrooms + 2 kitchens all with tiled floors to renovate so it would not have been a small sale.I feel for the nice assistant having to keep customers happy in the shadow of the unhelpful,disinterested staff member who should be replaced by someone wanting to work with the public .

Great service. Walked in, massive selection of tiles. Greeted by the owner who was upmost helpful, discussed what I wanted and ordered. Everything was delivered within 2 weeks as I asked. Couldn?t have asked for anymore.! Credit to the company.I would definitely recommend.!

Owner is rude, arrogant and sarcastic, makes Basil Fawlty look like a real gentleman. STEER CLEAR. Yes as the owners response, I was not a customer, I was looking in the shop, getting ready to place an order, when I observed the owners attitude, so just walked out.

Manager is a disgrace & rude and does not know how to deal with customers. Any suppliers letting this company sell the products should remove that privileges. They will loose you money.Taking peoples card details on unsecured payment line & then not up keeping the sale. To them be told billing doesn?t match even tho I cleared stated to a colleague, my billing and shipping address is different.Says he refunded my funds with no clarification, without speaking me. Again absolute disgrace.Anybody that gets treated like this from this company or any bad experience. Report to the finical ombudsman. They should not be allowed to deal with peoples personal details.
