Simple design was done poorly, lazily, and nail tech decided to change the colour of one nail. It wasn't busy but still felt very rushed

Either a employee or the owner not sure which stands outside rolling up his cigarettes on the bin right outside the door, seen him so this twice now. Not very heigenic for a nail bar is it?
