Recommended by a neighbour, I initially requested a quote for their services for a house sale. Competitively priced, I went ahead, and Richard Brown, a Senior Associate of Wilkin Chapman LLP, in the Louth Office carried out the conveyancing. Although not a straightforward sale, Richard and all staff I contacted by phone or email were extremely efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wilkin Chapman Solicitors.

I Used Wilkin Chapman Louth for the sale of my house and I cannot praise Alan Duckworth and Yvonne highly enough. Alan took all the stress out of the process for me and Yvonne was spot on with her communication. I have never found a solicitor so on the ball and actually ahead of the game whilst also offering contact should the situation arise (which it didn?t). Absolutely disgraceful legal services. Waiting for the cremation of a family member (nearly 2 MONTHS!!) after the solicitor 'lost paperwork'. Amazing how legal services can continue to operate with such unethical services. On top of this they are charging extortionate fees. Avoid!!

Honestly the best firm you can find. Having used them numerous times for multiple house purchases and it's always the same great service. Miss Parker-Robson and her team are outstanding. Despite being 200 miles away the price, communication, and level of service is next to none.
