The staff at wicks in grimsby are brilliant ,knowledgeable ,and if they do not know the answer will find a member of staff that does .
Always smiling ,and very helpfull,nothing is too much trouble for them .They even made a fuss of my dogs who came shopping with me .

I only pop in to get a connection for my hose pipe, but they don't sell the part I was looking for. The staff were very helpful.

Being a regular and not living far dim Wickes I must tell you how very helpful the staff are . I often go in on my mobility scooter and ask at the pay points or staff if they can tell me where I can find things that I want. Nearly always they walk to show me and when I buy they?ll scan things on my scooter so I don?t have to bend and pick them up. I often take my dog on the scooter and the staff always offer him dog treats , they love him his names Lucky and he?s a ShihTzus . I went in yesterday on my electric bike and small trailer for some bags of stones for putting over black out cloth to kill the weeds. I got 5 bags but took only 2 .The staff told me to leave the rest on the trolley and leave the rest near the door and do 2 more runs which I did. They are brilliant staff and it?s well worth going in for a brilliant service and don?t forget , it?s dog friendly.

Had the pleasure of having Chris from the Grimsby Store plan and design our new kitchen and utility room refurb in August 24.
From the first visit till the very last Chris went out his way to make sure we was happy and any questions where answered. We had our own fitter yet this didn't stop him from delivering first class customer service, nothing was ever too much and even when popping to the store for supplies he would approach us and talk to us about how it was all going and if we needed any help or advice.
