Normally have no issues since iv been signed up, but had 2 issues now, ordered ordered some medication on Monday, said it?d be delivered Tuesday. Just rang up as not had it and now there saying it?s not going to be coming till Monday now, after a week! Not impressed, I understand there busy but if they have medication that?s been ordered already that should be done

Had a prescription sent over from doctors next door for one time, waiting 1 hour for this item. When asked girl behind desk how long it would be, was told ?until it?s ready?. No rush from the staff at all, just stood chatting and multiple people came and left before reviving my prescription.

If I could give more stars I would.Been having hearing issues and went to seek advice from Weelsby View PharmacyAfter checking my ears and advising on ear drops went today to have them syringed.Thank you for the excellent advice and service.Highly recommend Weelsby View Pharmacy for anyone needing this service.

If 0 star was an option, that?s what I would I choose to rate this pharmacy. I went to collect my ill mother?s medication, because it was ready to collect. I arrived and gave my mums name to women behind the counter with short grey hair. She took it, gave me a funny look. I waited for over 30 minutes and told her that the medication is ready to collect. She looked up and down at me and told me and told me to wait in the side. She was very lovely to the other customers, chatting away. I have been profiled as an outkast. In my eyes I was radically profiled for being a different skin colour. Not visiting this pharmacy again. I will be collecting my mother?s subscription from the doctors and will go to a pharmacy that actual cares about customer equally and a place where I don?t have to camp outside to collect my ill mother?s medication.

Have used Weelsby View pharmacy for years (previously Periville) and found all staff to be friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.My husband had his BP taken and was advised by the lady behind the counter to see his GP due to being high.Best advice given as further tests showed he had high BP and needed to be on medication.Thank you all so much

Very rude members of staff!! Especially a younger girl that works behind the desk constantly rolling her eyes, not only that she uses foul language with the people in the chemist being able too hear

Weelsbyview Pharmacy regularly fail to supply medication efficiently. Ordered repeat prescription with 10 days notice but some meds unfulfilled for prescribing 7 days on. Re-visited 3 days later for the owing meds and still not able to complete my medication supply. Asked when the ?owing? meds might be available??Don't know, it?s been ordered? in a blunt, unhelpful staff response.Staff also previously questioned me, in an accusing manner, after I let them know (politely) a medication item was missing from the supplied order.This issue was essentially due to chemist under prescribing the medication quantity stated on script.Excessive wait times are the norm despite repeat medication supply having been ordered online days beforehand.Adding to the issues here, one member of staff serving front of desk often appears ignorant towards customers.

Never have a good experience in this place. The person on the front desk is rude, patronising and judgemental. No friendly welcome, she seems inconvenienced serving you and appears deliberately awkward at times. Any question is met with with a kurt response. I leave angry every time. Due to her substandard listening skills i have to repeatedly shout my personal details to a room full of people and have now resorted to showing my driving licence to enable her to record them correctly. This person needs retraining.The one star is for the fact i usually leave with my medication.
