The team at Twist and Flip go above and beyond in all aspects of teaching, training and development. Literally could not fault the experience they provide. My daughter loves her classes and is incredibly proud to be part of Nicky’s squad!

My daughter Poppy has been attending twist and flip since just before her 5th birthday , she will be ten in a few months, she’s absolutely loved going over the years and it’s helped her so much with her gymnastics and also with respect and discipline , she loves it! Xx

Our family run Academy is ran by our qualified, experienced coaches who are passionate provide inclusive gymnastics classes.
Twist & Flip Gymnastics not only run sessions in our dedicated facility but deliver Curriculmn PE lessons which incude CPD traning for teachers/staff and run out of schools clubs in the local Primary schools.
Our passion is to get children involved with the sport we love by coaching the fundamental skills that will help them develop balance, coordination, strength & flexibility which is the foundation to not just gymnastics but to other sports.
