I just wanted to say thanks to ash at the Grimsby branch. I was with Vodafone with my business and spending around £600 per month I was nervous about moving my contacts across but he relaxed me over the full process. I?m now saving around £500 per month and he even helped me over the weekends and days he wasn?t officially at work. Great service and pleased I used three.

Charlotte their Assistant Manager is the most difficult, opportunistic person I've ever dealt with in customer services. I'm a Three customer who needed a new charger as I lost mine and i just needed Three to charge my phone and sell me a new charger. She wouldn't charge it without extreme reluctance and when she did unplugged it for no reason. She was waggling the input and then telling me it was loose as she made it worse. She then told me I had to go to Sheffield to get in cleaned as they wouldn't and there was nowhere nearer. It was like pulling teeth- I wanted a bit of support from the company I am contracted with not a chance to clean me out

I have signed the contract with 3 mobile 1 and half years ago apparently they have to increase my monthly payments second time!? So from beginning £48 and looks like will be £60 in April..... I have asked the staff and they advised me to contact the customers service to see can I just pay off the phone and reduce the payment cost and increase? When I rang last Thursday and the staff was saying can pay £200 to reduce, but when I rang today: The staff have checked I am not allow? either I only can paid off the existing contract and start a new contract straight away ? Or remaining the monthly payments plus paying the increase!!! Omg! I'm offering upfront payments and staying!!! At the end I have to tell the staff I will let this carry on until the contract finishes and I will leaving 3 mobile. Such poor system to foolish good customer! I'm very disappointed

Disgraceful service from Three for a long standing customer.
My new phone only required a different size sim card. I was happy with the current contract.
However, I was effectively forced to upgrade by store manager Raj.
A replacement sim card was only provided on condition I upgraded my contract with more data, over 24 months with a 6 month introductory offer.
The new contract increased my accrued, longer term costs over the term of new contract
I didn't need more data or a new contract!
Questioning the contract in anticipation for the 6 months ahead the store manager then advised me to go back in store, after the 6 month introductory offer on the new contract ended, to negotiate another contract!
So, 6 months on I revisit the store. This time Carol & Tom would only offer me yet another, more expensive contract upgrade with another 6 month introductory offer with higher data allowance & costs.
To resolve the inappropriate selling issues I contacted Abhishek at Three Customer Services team online who acknowledged that I only wanted a new SIM card but doesn't totally understand why I was asked to upgrade to a new contract and why a new sim card wasn't provided in the first place.
Obviously store manager & staff at Three are only interested in upselling inappropriate products with higher associated costs to customers. Customer services eventually agreed a new contract with me to resolve the problem caused by the Grimsby store.

The whole team were extremely patient and helpful. I only came in for a quote and left with new phone, earbuds and a cheaper contract than my previous one from a competitor! All round excellent customer service and I will be recommending you to friends and family. Thanks again!
