After several emails ,I never received the complaints form I was promised very disappointed with customer service and upset I didn't get my complete order ,I have now after 3 weeks given up

I called in the morning to check the availability of a product and was told there was one in stock. The lady offered to reserve it for me so I could collect it, which was great.\\nWhen I arrived to pick it up I was told that the perfume that I reserved had been sold to someone else.\\n\\nUtterly useless.
