The little old lady with the bob on the pharmacy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Stick to doing your job instead of being nosey about personal details. I understand you get stressed at work but that is no reason for you to throw my prescription down, slamming it onto the desk and walking off in a huff.
Left the shop without completing my shopping and won't be doing any more shopping here. This lady desperately needs some retraining on her customer service skills. Which is a shame and in stark contrast to Laura on the pharmacy who delivers phenomenal service

Bad customer service at the cafe. Ordered a kids meal as she doesn?t eat a lot, thinking it was £4.50 as advertised. Turns out it was free so did feel bad. However, the staff member was rude. 1- how do you know she?s not got eating issues? 2- how do you know it wasn?t the only meal i could afford? 3- it was too hot. A child would burn their tongue. There was steam coming off it still and my tongue is burnt.

I would like to commend the delivery drivers at this store. Every delivery driver I have experienced have been friendly and polite and always willing to help bring my shopping directly to my kitchen on the first floor of my flat. I have breathing issues and this service means a lot to me. Please tell your drivers, I have nothing but high praise for them all. Well Done Tesco Extra Grimsby.

Very large store massive Isles could get alot more stuff in there used to have large electrical store inside now seems to have more gardening stuff where it was 3 hour free parking on edge of grimsby town centre

Disgusted! Waste 45 mins of our time! Waited 30 mins for somebody to serve us on the firework stand, then waited another 10 mins for them to find the staff member with the keys. I left my partner there at the stand to do the food shopping with our 2 children! To return to my partner at the stand and him refuse to sell the fireworks when i joined him, because i didnt have a form of ID at the age of 32, my partner showed ID!

It's a big Tesco.
It gets busy.
Staff are pretty decent about pointing you in right direction to find stuff.
Use the app otherwise some prices are a bit stupid.
Own brand products on bottom shelves are just as good and a lot cheaper.

The parent and children parking is a nightmare at this store. Too many idiots using it with no need and causing a danger to parents getting small children out. I always park right at the back now.
The store itself is okay, struggles getting stock out sometimes and many times we?ve bought fresh fruit or veg and it?s manky after a day.
The staff are friendly though and the cafe is pleasant.

Visited for the first time on Sunday, seems a league behind other Tesco stores; shop sign faded with a Dirty O, rude staff shouting across the store, empty shelves all over and generally very untidy and dirty. Won?t be back.
