Fantastic service from start to finish. Really helpful and friendly lady in the shop. Fab guy who came to measure up and was beyond helpful when our chosen flooring wasn't available (not the shops fault, I might add)Fitter was amazing! So fast and professional! Ang and Chris are always very attentive and helpful.Purchased from this small business quite a lot recently for two different properties.I would highly recommend this small business to locals if you want an excellent/personal service.Great choice of carpets, underlay and flooring to meet all budgets.Carpet fitting is a separate cost (reasonable price per room), however all of our carpet fitters have been personable and respectful. Dave is our usual fitter chap who has always done a fantastic job.

I would rate the service from T R carpets as 100%, both Chris and Dave who fitted our carpets went over and above our expectations, could not fault them in any way, the price was comparable with several others and we are delighted with the result of their work

After an appalling bad experIence with SCS , I vowed years ago to only shop locally for furniture and carpets.One of the best decision we have ever made, TR carpets have carpeted our last three homes, going back more than fifteen years and for us there is nowhere else we would consider.Rick started off as a ?one man band ? and has built himself up a business based on value, honesty and good old fashioned customer service.TR carpets go the ?extra mile? and we look forward to many more years of excellent service from them.

I had an excellent experience, the shop manager was brilliant showing me many samples nothing was too much and even the owner who was there made my experience relaxing helping me choose my carpets. Well done TR Carpets look forward to visiting your shop again

I shopped at TR Carpets on the recommendations of other people and I am competely happy with my choice. The corona virus got in the way but once restrictions were lifted the carpets, vinyl and laminate flooring were installed promptly and neatly and at a good price. I have no hesitation in recommending Rick if you're in the market for flooring.
