I recently visited T A Burley Pharmacy to receive a flu jab. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, particularly the pharmacist who administered the jab. They were very polite and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions I had.The pharmacist was also very gentle and efficient when giving the jab. I barely felt a thing!Overall, I had a very positive experience at T A Burley Pharmacy. The staff were professional, friendly, and supportive, and the pharmacist was very skilled and gentle. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to receive a flu jab.Here are some specific things I liked about my experience:1 . The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.2. The pharmacist who administered the jab was very polite, knowledgeable, and gentle.3. The pharmacist explained the entire process to me clearly and answered all of my questions.4. I love this pharmacy. I moved here from Waltham, and had terrible experiences at my previous dispensary. I ended up having crippling anxiety before entering the shop. Since using Burley's I have only ever been met with respect, kindness and professionalism. They go above and beyond to help you, and don't act as though you're a nuisance.Well played, Burley's. Highly recommended.

Hi, I have a jab today somewhere else, girlfriend recommended EMLA and I bought some. Sorry for not saying a word when purchasing, have really bad anxiety, comes with my ASD, causes me to freeze up and stop talking entirely when I overthink things. Thank you so much for understanding :)

Went for my booster jab tonight, never been before but was nearest to where I live. Lovely staff, the lady who jabbed me was a fantastic lady who had started this morning at 8am but still smiling.....in and out in no time at all......well done
