“It's been a few years since I was last here so the lay out was a shock to the system. But overall OK, scanning your receipts to get out or someone to let you pass, no problem, Nothing wrong if you've got nothing to hide.”

“Better than the louth store and I don't mean layout, stock is better and more of it, struggle for weeks in louth for one product I could see you had two cartons worth here! The louth store needs to take note.(louths store was also meant to be bigger so no excuses, poor stock layout!)”

“Wouldn't say almost 3pound each a bag for MnMs peanut was a bargain but picked up alot of good selections of small Xmas toys(marvel ect) under £5 not seen other stores around price so low as HB”

“Definitely worth visiting. Have an app you can top up and for every 20 pounds you get a free pound. I live not close to the shop, but they have a free next day delivery for orders online over 40pounds, but have one pound charge for packaging. No shop is offering free deliveries as far as I know. Have a little bit better prices than Lidl on some produce. Have some good discounts on some products, but need to check the actual prices for kg for not always the cheapest. Definitely worth shopping around. I have some nice products I like and definitely will buy them in the future. Never had any issues with staff or bad experience.”

“Went in with my 13yr old granddaughter to get some school trousers. The two assistants on the click and collect/checkout went above and beyond what we expected. They went and found various products for her to try and found what we wanted.”

“Sri Lankan and Indian grocery items and spices are available at affordable prices. Recently, they have introduced vegetables commonly used in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine. The staff is friendly and helpful.”

“After my last questionnaire I had a more detailed look around.
I don't eat anything that's ever had eyes except potatoes, made me able to further recommend this place should anyone asking as to the availablity of a specific product.
I'd generally used the place for my own purposes, still advising others to use the services offered here.
Now, even if I'm not likely to buy.

“Easy to find . Staff were friendly. I was actually going to Argos in Sainsbury's but thought I would check stock in Sainsbury's first. Not sure why the same product was £6 more in Sainsbury's than Argos!!! The Sainsbury's store seemed fairly empty at 11.20am on a Tuesday.”

“Very busy but easy to park, stocked full with essentials. Grabbed a meal deal and some fresh pastries. Meal deal was good value, £3.50 for a sandwich, bag of crisps and a drink.

The shop as with most Tesco Express sites is quite compact. Not much room in the entrance and around the grab and go items like sandwiches and drinks.

Annoyingly you can’t get a receipt from the “self” service tills and have to get one of the staff to manually print it.
I’ve had this now at a few Tesco Express stores. It’s not convenient … in a convenience store? Surely it is an unnecessary cost for Tesco to have such a manual process and not something that I have found with other local stores with self scan tills. The staff were very friendly and polite about it but it makes me feel bad as it seems like such a waste of their time when I can see they’re clearly very busy filling the shop.

Lots of parking spaces and very easy to get in and out of the car park. Cash machine outside and strangely another small convenience store in the car park.

On the day I visited, as other people have mentioned in their reviews there was someone outside begging. Seems this is the case with most shops now. Absolutely not the fault of Tesco, but it is quite intimidating as they can be quite aggressive.”

“Asda Grimsby Corporation Road SupermarketMy name is Lou, I suffer with depression and anxiety disorder from chronic stress with osteoarthritis in my joints. I have a Mini schnauzer you may off seen me in there with him, his my service dog . He helped me so much to get in stores to look around and get my shopping ? he sits in the trolley people don't have any problem they find him so cute and very well behaved. I have to say between this small Asda, I feel so humble . The staff now have become friends.. how much each and every member off staff and including security show me such amazing service. They accepted my disability with respect ✊ they all work hard with a professional manner shown me how much they care for both me and Kaiser Duke .. even today the security guard out of his way to get me some support from the manager in this store. The reason for this I entered the Big Asda in Grimsby to push my anxiety to challenge myself to see if I could find new microwave. I was very nervous about it. I walk in the store with Kaiser in the trolley with him sitting patiently on his cushion. I show the same respect I do to any other store I enter showing my ID that his Working dog . There where 3 security guards, stood in the foyer. Two were just as polite as any other retail worker/security spoken to. They where happy that I took the time to explain why I have him in the trolley. I entry pass the gates when older security guard came across that was present I spoke about kaiser previously, confronted me to questioning me to take him out off the trolley, which I couldn't quite believe and it set me in a panic attack inside her attitude was quite abrupt, I have tried ringing the Big Grimsby Asda to put a complaint in at store all day with the phone number I was kindly given . Today . . I was told that it was very unacceptable to they this lady spoke to me . To why I wanted to share my experience with anyone that reads this , that I never received in any other store as I did In the Big Store of fact she quote " she didn't care what "the small Asda did" I was in shock from how she handled it compared to how this smaller store treats there customers!! It' such Family type store in the smaller one ! They truly know how important #mentalhealth is ! Well done to them all .. Maybe they could teach this security guard in the Big Asda how to use a bit more discretion to people with disability. I was in a very bad state when I left the store and it's taken me over a week to get back through the door with a bit more counselling, as I did today to do my normal shop i use too .. in a shop where I feel? welcome. “I only ever come in to buy clothes for my little boy so can’t really comment on the rest of the store but the clothes section for kids is fantastic and usually well organised.

I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences with staff.”
