Very disappointed when you see something you like and they don't have it in your size, for example, size 9 trainer ,why don't they have it in stock ? and a hoodie they only had in XXL

Cheap to reasonably priced on lots of products. Plenty of stock. Staff are usually pleasant and helpful. Points off for the very unprivate changing room next to the till.

A pretty poor performance from themselves and from Karrimor who make the Duma 6 shoe on which the inside heel fell apart after 3 weeks. I actually expected them to be replaced and sent back to Karrimor but the manager refused. Their customer service team isn't much better and when the questions get difficult they switch customer service representative so you have to repeat yourself all over again. Their decision is in breach of UK consumer law but unless I am willing to involve a solicitor at my expense to force them to abide by UK law for a pair of trainers. Ultimately they win but I won't shop their again.

Poor customer serviceI just went to sports direct to purchase some cloth as I had a credit note from them. A spent a while crossing items and made our way to the till. My boy had a couple of prime cans in his hands and put them in the till along with the cloths items that I had in my hands. The teller said she wouldn?t be able to sell the prime cans as she knows it for him. I couldn?t understand, it?s just prime. She informed me that only people over 16 are allowed to buy them. I Poughkeepsie and said im sure I?m over 16. She informed about the caffeine content and I was great full and said that?s understandable. As I went to pay for the other items inproduced my credit note which was a photo on my phone. She told me that the company can?t accept credit notes in this form. I responded by telling her that when I was issued I asked for a plastic one but that?s all I was given. So I took a picture and the teller that served me at the time even scanned the the photo to see if it would work. It did and said if you loose it then you should be fine because we only need the code. The teller was fine at this point and suggested getting the supervisor. The male supervisor came and just said you can?t mate. You have to go online and speak to customer service as they don?t have a no to phone. I replied this going to be a long process and staff from sports direct initially said to me their would be no problem so I do I have to go through this long process. After a few minutes of repeating our conversation I decided I no longer wanted anything from them. I simply asked could I have your name so as to tell customer service and who I spoke to etc. I was very calm and had no qualms with anyone at the store at that point. He refused to give me his name. I found that curious and asked why. He gave me the data protection rule. So I asked how do I dentist anyone if needed. His reply was just say supervisor. As I was leaving the store I met another guy who happened to be in charge of the whole store. It two minutes and he was happy to accept the credit note and said in future keep the receipt. He asked me to go upstairs and retrieve the cloth from the till. I said I didn?t want to go as I was upset with the people and didn?t want a altercation . My boy volunteered but it was taking a long time. So I went back upstairs where I found my son waiting in the corner. The teller went back to the supervisor to seek permission. I saw her with my own eyes leaving the tilland walking upto him. When I asked her why she had do that her reply was she didn?t. She was also ignoring me earlier on and became snappy. In the end the guy from downstairs sorted and all they did was scan it. This would have been the same process with the paper credit note. A simple scan or manually entering the code both of which I had on me. I will never ever enter another sports direct. There are plenty of shops giving you better service and the same items. Thank you
