Yesterday your sales assistant Andrew went above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. I drove onto the parking spaces in a panic because my oil light had come on and had a message on the dashboard saying stop driving immeduately. Andrew sourced the correct oil and came out and put it in for me. He then looked up how to access the right place in the cars computer to see if it needed more and pressed all the right buttons. I could never have done what he did for me; I was so grateful. He wouldn't take a reward of a box of buns or money! Leaving this review is the best I can offer him. You should promote him! Thank you Andrew.

Love Spar Laceby Lodge. Clean station, lots of facilities and friendly staff. BP Rewards are the best in the business too.

Staff let us use toilets 10 minutes before closing, first place we could find in a while, super happy with service, interior is clean too

Went in store lady was reducing sausage in mash was going to pick it up but member of staff picked it up for them selfs and put it behind counter. Wats the point in putting out for public if there gonna grab them for themselfs
