Great staff, but please put your post office opening.hours on here. Twice I have travelled 5 miles only to find it closed for a while. Too far to go back and return too long to have to wait.

Staff here go above and beyond! The manager and all staff alike are so friendly and welcoming and will do everything to make sure customers are happy and have what they need.
Kindness goes a long way and I always find the staff here to be incredible.

Since the ?shake up? of staff this shop has become a nightmare ! New staff are rude, have no customer service skills and everything seems like an effort !
Be careful when buying from here too as shelf says one price and you get charged a higher price, has happened quite a few times. It?s a joke

I've lived in Waltham near 4 years and always found this shop first class always well stocked, clean and plenty of staff working to assist. I can't believe some of the bad reviews here simply ridiculous, its a local spar with locals working in it. I love it :-)

Absolute joke of a shop.You need to plan your day around coming here as you could be stood at the counter for upto a hour whilst the staff stand about talking to each other.Painfully slow service from rude staff

I went in here today to buy hot food to be spoken to very rude saying I could not buy hot food as had to pre order . There was no sign saying this the lady put me off and I walked out and went to the kings head instead I'm not from the area and felt horrible the way I was spoken too . The people in the pub said they have experience the same rudeness when going into the spa to buy goods

I went for a dinner last week after moving into the area and got a cooked dinner fantastic it was good value . Well this week I thought oh I will do the same I went in waited it looked lovely then the lady who was serving was horrible to me saying oh no you can't buy it you have to pre order Well I said where does it say this she was very rude to me and said Well everyone knows around here Well I didn't she also said it was on social media which I have never seen I did speak to the manager who was OK I got told to come back in an hour which I did but it did leave me feeling horrible and a little scared as I suffer from anxiety and only just moved to the area I think they need to learn so manners when serving customers

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of choice from the deli counter today was looking for to a nice chicken or beef dinner instead it was just sausage and bacon buns not filling at all ????

Struggling artist here still doing college work during the covid crisis, I have severe anxiety and this is the only shop I'm most familiar with so I like coming here, my bike broke a couple days back so getting here was an issue, takes about 3 miles.Went here about an hour ago and got denied entry, however they let the chavvy family of three in, more like they forced their way in and just let it happen for some reason, and yet I got denied service in probably one of the rudest ways possible. I don't care if this was a "time" thing, this is about decency. All I wanted to do was get an energy drink so I could focus on work since home life has been stressful.You wont see me here again, you just lost a customer.

Expensive but good. Has everything you need. Friendly staff, post office, costa hot drinks machine, cash withdraw machine and a hot deli bar.
