Lighting is a little stark and I understand the'fast-food', approach, 'you've had my time, I've had your money.' Move along now. Fully understand, as will anyone who in a queue listens to someone ordering scratch cards. Was it six number 9s, or nine number 6s??
I know that I'll be no closer to my pension if someone takes offence at the the numbers of a Lucky Dip.
But am I the only one that has thought maybe a separate kiosk, or a dispensing machine?

The place is NOT a social club, BUT there's always a welcome, with pleasantries exchanged during purchase.
'You've had.. I've had..' Doesn't mean we're engaged!!
If any of the above seems like a rant, it's not meant to be. The place is pleasantly staffed, has a reasonably wide selection of goods and a Post Office!

The staff and manager are so lovely and helpful. With it being open 24 hours it?s really helped when my baby was poorly and I needed calpol at 3am. I called them to make sure they had some and when i got there they had it ready and waiting for me.

Rude women that served me , had Car keys in my hand . ID me for energy drink which is fair enough I proceeded to then give my driving license over she then went you still can?t have this as your not 18 the law has changed or she clearly thought it had and slammed my id on the counter . Then was still questioning me throughout my time at the till . She clearly had a lack of knowledge on the law but was making me feel guilty for coming in trying to buy an energy drink . Poor service won?t be going back anytime soon after her attitude and rudeness.she then sold me the red bull as she clearly didn?t know the laws in place. Should definitely make sure that their staff are aware of the laws in place if they are required to Challenge 25.

Always a nice welcome when we go in. A shout out to the dark haired young lady who wears glasses ..... she is so helpful and her customer service is A1. Also a mention to the security guard who does a good job. ? a pleasure to shop there. I hope the management realise what a good team of people they have.

Don't stay open 24/7 I'd your staff can't be bothered too after 12 getting anything you want is an issue for them constantly in a mood and tbh I could quite happily punch every single one of your night staff ... absolute joke

Worse post office going with rude staff. They don't know half of the stuff they should do. The manager was even rude and spoken down to my self. No wonder people don't use the post offices no more.
